|Recommended: YesApartment living at its finest — From having to move from out of state and unable to tour the property in person we were a bit stressed but The Parkway made it easier than ever for us. Upon moving in the quality of the cabinets and appliances were impressive. It's pretty quiet, though there is no carpet so hearing people above you is common. The property is clean. Parking can be hit or miss considering some of it is shared with The Abbington. Property management and maintenance are very attentive. Overall I'm happy here

|Recommended: YesWE LOVED IT HERE — We just moved in into this apartment and is the best decision we’ve made. I also love how the staff are immediate in responding to our inquiries concerns. The place is very clean and well-maintained. And what I absolutely love about it is that they swab every pet in the unit to maintain the cleanliness in the community just in case other residents will be irresponsible in picking up their dog’s feces.

Hi Tyler,
Thank you for the review!
|Recommended: YesOverall fantastic — The Parkway apartments are absolutely beautiful. We haven't lived here long, but it's been incredible. The only complaint I have is the fact that when someone goes through the building entrance, the pressure change causes a slight whissle whir sound.
Hi Logan!
Thank you so much for your review, we are so happy to have you here! If you haven't already, please reach out to our management office to discuss the building pressure. Although we have to follow certain requirements from the state, it's worth a conversation just to rule anything out.
