|Recommended: YesWonderful apartment — The complex has been great overall, a few kinks here and there but nothing crazy, the only issue is the lack of parking. It seems like people from the clinic area are parking in the open parkings for the complex which makes it harder to find a spot.

|Recommended: YesI love it here — Felt a little home sick from moving from salt lake. But, i can assure you this place gives you peace and quiet. I enjoy living here and I love my apartment I look forward to coming home to my new apartment everyday The staff is excellent. They are there to help you if you need something and they dont disappoint Thank you for allowing me to be a part of this community

|Recommended: YesNice place — Pretty place Only thing I would change is having a keypad at the entrances with our own codes for door dash or deliveries. Door dash has a hard time finding entrance to meet at because all the doors seems sometimes packages are just left outside near the lockers.

Even after we move, The Parkway will be part of our hearts

|Recommended: YesApartment living at its finest — From having to move from out of state and unable to tour the property in person we were a bit stressed but The Parkway made it easier than ever for us. Upon moving in the quality of the cabinets and appliances were impressive. It's pretty quiet, though there is no carpet so hearing people above you is common. The property is clean. Parking can be hit or miss considering some of it is shared with The Abbington. Property management and maintenance are very attentive. Overall I'm happy here
